Yeah, but the OP wants a bigger one, not a more toned, firm one.

It is genetic. If you are flat but you want a donk (as in a big butt, not an old car/impala with giant rims), you will need to have surgery.

If you want to tone up and enhance something you already have, go to the gym. But it will get smaller and tighter.

You will never be able to bulk it up, make it bigger, rounder and better without artificial help.

Yep. My former personal trainer told me squats and other strength training exercises really help. For some odd reason, she was really preoccupied with working out her clients' butts whether they were naturally nice or not. Since I have a good butt relative to other body parts, her focus on that area on me got annoying pretty quickly. I think eating clean and strength training can help when you have weak spots on your body. It improves those areas, although maybe just a little. Those creams and pills don't do anything, IMO.

Food is your answer, OP. Meat /potatoes beans and rice should do the trick!

Agreed. I've always been bottom-heavy. Even in the midst of my strongest workout days I was 34-28-40. I've ALWAYS wanted to have one of those sleek little booties (what you all are calling pancakes) so I could wear Abercrombie & Fitch, True Religion, Citizens of Humanity, etc. I love how the True Religion jean pockets sit just right on a small booty. I used to be ashamed back in the 90's because I worked out so hard, was a Junior size Small on top but have these big ass (haha) pants on always with the waist bunched up under a belt even after alterations. Thank goodness for Lucky brand Easy Rider or i'd have no cute jeans at all.

I guess many of us want the opposite of what we have.
