Do any of these suggestions really work? What have you done in this area that you would recommend? And those creams they mention, do they do anything at all?
A big booty is pretty much based on genetics... and plastic surgery.
This ^^^. I am a very athletic person, I do plenty of squats and lunges, but I am still a "pancake." Always, was, always will be. But at least I have a good set of knockers to make up for it!
Your body is either shaped a particular way, or it's not. You can affect how fit and toned you are, but you're not going to (naturally) change your body's shape, other than that. It is what it is.

They say heavy squats will add a little, but it's mostly genetics. I noticed my GF got a little more of a bottom when she started doing crossfit, but it was more of a toning effect. My ex didn't even workout and is a little on the heavy side, yet her butt stuck out so far that people would ask her if it was real. All the women in her family have great butts. It's just genetics unfortunately.
