I've never liked any tattoos on any women...which is sometimes a problem for me, because I tend to get along with tattooed women better. Generally speaking, I like the brains of tattooed women better, but I like the bodies of non-tattooed women better

A person is never more attractive to me because they have a tattoo. They may be much less attractive to me because they have a tattoo. But sometimes I don't care either way because it's just small unobtrusive one.

Female, 41, no tattoos & do not spend time thinking about them 'til I see one of these threads. Again.
Ex-husband had a few small hand-done ones & it was irrelevant, a non-issue, to our relationship.

For the most part, tattoos do not inspire strong feeling in me either way.
It's just not my thing...but, y'know, do whatchalike (with your own body).

Sure, some examples are more pleasing to the eye and some are off-putting,
but that's a subjective/individual judgment.

That's your opinion. I think it's lovely.

36yo female. Love ink. I have very, very rarely seen ink that put me off and it was generally poorly conceived and badly done (scratcher work, prison ink, people that tried to do their own.)

I consider it a turn off when someone looks like "everybody else." Perfection without character is plastic to me, and not appealing.

I even like face tattoos sometimes on some people. The singer of the band Devildriver has his chin done and I think he is gorgeous.

As for this poll/thread...I wish we had more votes to give a more representative accounting but I find it interesting that out of the ladies who do like ink, most are in my age range. (All of 5 lol!)

I'm female and am neutral on it, or, rather, my opinion is based more around what the given tattoos look like.

I'm 37 and have two small, discreet tattoos myself that I got when I was 26 and 30. My husband is 42, and has none, despite a career in the Navy...in his line of work and at his age (acceptable tattoo guidelines are very different now in the military), having no tattoos makes him stand out more among peers/colleagues than having tattoos would.

I don't have a preference one way or another for guys to be tattooed, but if they are, I prefer that they be like mine...small, discreetly located, well-done, and of what I determine to be an aesthetically pleasing design.

There's no way my dress could have been cut that would have put one of my two on display, and the other was under my hair and veil, so it wasn't on display, either. Not that it would have been particularly noticeable, or that it mattered to me one way or another.

I'm a 36 year-old female and for some reason I don't mind tattoos on men, but I think they look trashy on women.
