The 'tired' look
Hi everyone I was just wondering if any of you have any advice/beauty secrets for the "tired" look in the mornings? I try to drink a full glass of water every night before bed I'm not sure if that helps.

-Get 8 hours of sleep
-Eat well, lots of veggies, fiber, and protein. Also have an adequate amount of fat in your diet so your skin stays soft, not dry and chapped.
-SMILE the first time you see yourself in the mirror...it brightens your day and makes you feel less tired.

Drink lots of water, eat right, and get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Limit your time on CD to less than 10 hrs. a day .

No. Lotion is only a temporary surface relief. Fat is what makes skin soft! It's always amused me how some girls at my office moan and complain about bad skin, hair, and nails and yet they have an apple for lunch and nothing else. Wel DUH dummy, where the heck are you going to get the shine and softness without the proper amount of fat?!
But yes, eat the good fats like nuts, olive oil, and even small amounts of cream/dairy. They're good for you!

I think the full glass of water before bedtime only serves to make yor bladder full so when you do wake up you have to take a hellacious pee!

that is IF you can make it thru the nite (without getting up to pee)!
maybe this full glass of water thing would only make you look MORE tired!
