you probably don't really want to know: it is grey outside and a bit on the cool side. I have my first free day in ages, so am sitting here, having fun on my computer, wearing slipper socks, old grey pants and a Christmas t shirt without a bra. I never hardly go without a bra. Guess that tells you how lazy I feel.
A tiger face sleep shirt and some Tuong Ot Sriracha pajama bottoms.
WOW! I've been so long in bedding in sleep shirts (or just nude) that I had long since forgotten how fantastic pajama bottoms feel. These I have because of one or two sleep overs or birthday party themes where I needed to buy some on the spot.
Last night, though, I couldn't sleep, took in the Tuesday DIE SPY movie on the sofa, and got a little dressed up for it.
And now, another chapter is written on how to approach dream land......and what dreams they were! Of the world being flooded and hanging out at one of high dry points for a party with belly dancing friends, I was attached to an elder Native American Medicine Woman, and finding out that my passed Grandmother was a magical force on the other side. Of packing all these duffel bags for the band trip to somewhere. Of my cats chasing each other in my parent's house and Melas managing to find a way to hide between seams in the wall. Of being along a road that my father told me about where he moved tanks along at 50 mph, finding out that I am not in the past but at a recreation, then finding out I am in the past with others picked out at places from time.
We are at a day or two before a major Civil War battle, we were on the south's side, and I think we were trying to get there with our knowledge of better weapons. I am now a YOUNG Clint Eastwood running in the dark behind a wagon. I get tangled up in stores in the back of the wagon and THEN.......I bring hang gliding to the South!
WHICH ALL GOES TO SHOW, for me, when it comes to sleep wear, it is not only about getting a fulfilling rest, but also, the dream quality I can experience.
Sweats. Then after I shower I'll put on jeans and a sweatshirt to go out and do errands. At night I wear some super soft sleep shirts I got from Kohls - I love them; they're SO soft that the cat likes to lie cuddled up to me and make "biscuits" on me, lol. It seems in cold weather, unless I have to see other people, that I cycle between these three outfits. And no bras! No one cares about some 67 year old's boobies! (Which are actually pretty perky even at my "advanced" age).
