Back in CNJ where my walk in was filled with clothes, I sometimes used to have a "What should I wear" dilemma and had to spend a few minutes making up my mind. This usually happens before leaving for some special occasions. Has anyone here had similar experiences ?
Secondly, Is it odd for a guy to feel this way ?

I have that problem sometimes. It's because I haven't owned any of my clothes for very long, so I don't have certain outfits that I automatically plan to wear for a particular occasion.

I don't know if it's common for a guy. My husband's only wardrobe indecision is a second or two to check the weather, to figure out whether to put on jeans or shorts.

I have a pair of pants that sometimes looks black and other times looks dark brown. I can't decide what shirt to wear with it since I don't know how the light will be when I wear them.

Then again, I've also worn a blue sock and black sock and not noticed until I took them off. Dress is pretty conservative. I don't do interesting things like match patterns or colors of my shirt/sock/pocket squares. Socks are generally black, although not always. Sometimes I'll go with some outlandish red socks with a gray suit. I don't wear a green tie with that but that's not much of a dilemma.

If I know I'm going to be in court, suit and tie. Otherwise it's slacks and a button down shirt. Weather dictates if I need a sport coat/sweater. If I can get away without one, I don't wear one. That generally means if it's not going to below 50 which is about 80% of the year. I'm basically a complete anti-dandy. I can basically at random select things and they'll go together perfectly fine because they're so basic. Where they don't, it's really basic level stuff like maybe brown shoes with the charcoal pinstripe isn't the best choice.
