Do you have to get custom tailored long sleeve button down shirts?

I know the regular sizing for long sleeves is neck size first, followed by arm length, but what about overall body size?

I've struggled finding anything that matches my bodies size, for most things hanging on the shelf I can find good neck and arm sizes, but the body size has me swimming.

I've found success ordering some that actually fit my frame quite well, but I'd like to find some casual button downs. Any suggestions? Or, should I just get some custom made?

No.

Just the neck size is stated on off the rack shirts, unless you are a body builder or chronicly obese you should have no problem finding shirts that fit.

Thank you for the recommendation. They have a good sizing chart and reasonable options. I went with Hugh & Crye, as they seem to have my body type to a T, guess I'll find out.
