Nope. The only time its acceptable for a man to wear boots is if its part of his work uniform (i.e., soldier, fireman, rancher, etc.) or its part of safety/protection gear for riding his motorcycle. Well, unless the guy is gay and he wants to announce it to the world that he's gay without saying a word, then he can wear boots. But really, straight men who are not required to wear boots as part of their uniform, should not be wearing boots.

No. Just .......NO.

I wanted to rep so many of the comments here .

I LOVE the boots, I am a woman so not for me but I do think they are very stylish. I also agree women have so much more dress code freedom than men. Just does not seem fair. I would not snicker if I saw a guy wearing these boots with pants tucked in. As some one else mentioned in a previous post. Motorcycle riders. I just saw two guys today wearing taller boots with pants tucked in. It wa not at all an unexpected look to my eye.

I have worn boots for most of my life.
Frye, Red Wing, Acme, Tony Lama, etc.
Either a modified Western look, or a full-on "Cowboy" boot.
Most had an 11 inch top. My leg from floor to knee is about 22 inches.
In fact, I am sitting here with Red Wing (11 inch) boots on right now. I wear them every day.
Even to church.
You don't like my boots, don't look at my feet!
