For me, it used to be once a week. But after a while, I quite caring.
I rarely ever wear anything that shows my legs. If I wear a skirt, I have leggings on with it. And the hair is blonde, light, and fine. So I don't see the need. lol I personally, have no issue with my body hair.
I voted 2-3 times a week, but I agree with another poster that sometimes it can be a little more in summer as I wear dresses and skirts almost exclusively. I'm trying to cut back a tad though as it wastes a lot of water when I shave, plus the skin on my legs is highly irritable and I think shaving only worsens the issue. Still, it kinds sucks as I have very dark hair and I feel like within 24 hours it's already quite noticeable. Thank goodness for tights!
I only have to shave once a week. The hair on my legs is thin and very light like peach fuzz and doesn't show up until about 6 days after shaving. I am super blessed by this because I live in Florida and it's hardly ever cold enough to wear long pants.
I stopped shaving my legs years ago after a mishap with a razor shaved off a bunch of skin too. Lots of bleeding, lots of hurting. Had to use peroxide to keep it from infecting. Rebandaged twice a day. Healed with a scar. I decided the barely visible blonde hair was just going to have to show.

Same for me. I didn't scrape off any skin with bleeding. But shaving I did manage to burn with nair, then scrape sores with a razor. So my armpits and other areas were red and raw. I couldn't wear deodorant because it irritated and itched.
So I decided not to fixate on shaving off hair that I was born with. If any guy has issues with my not shaving, I am better off without him. However, I do think all the skin trauma caused a stunt in hair growth. I haven't shaved in months, and there's not as much hair as before. So, possible I managed to stunt the hair growth so it'll never be as much. because the hair is really skimpy now.
