I bought this purse and it looks nicer in person than online. I usually wear at least one black article of clothing to work and I'm wonderingif this will clash with it?

That color is striking with black. It is really neutral and would look striking with almost any color.

I am the voice of dissent. I do not like peachy/beige bags with black. But if there is a color blocked luggage version, that would work well.

I think black should be paired with white or saturated colors.

This bag is a lot darker/richer. Analogous to Michael Kors luggage!

Black doesn't clash with anything, really, although it's odd to have those tan straps.

The color of the bag is pretty and definitely will not clash with black. But I agree that the tan straps are off...It's this second color that would make the combo with black unfitting.
