It's so hard for me to find underwear (bikini bottoms or boy shorts not thongs) that don't show through thin material. Anyone know where I can find it? Brands? Stores?

The trick is to not wear pants made of thin material.

Some panties are made with stretchy material and flat seams instead of an elastic band. Those might help. Another option is to wear underwear that look like bike shorts, where the legs are longer so the seams don't show.

Or find some comfortable thongs and see if they'll work for you. Personally, that's all I wear anymore.

Always by "NUDE" colored undies....white is NOT good! It GLARES thru light colored clothes.

A thong will not show. Get used to a thong. Calvin Kline makes a T-back thong that's so slim, it's comfortable. The less material, the better it feels.

Choose seamless fabric. Cotton always shows through, something satiny or pantyhose like is not visible.

Google "seamless panties" or "seamless underwear". You can find them in the lingerie section of Target, Walmart, etc.

I wear the seamless underwear everyday and boy shorts under sundresses.

OP, I struggle with this every single time I buy panties. I guess I have squishy hips/bottom, but 95% of the panties I try on, create an indentation at the band and legs. If I size up to where that doesn't happen, then the damn things are so big they fall off. Maidenform used to make a style called "Perfect Fit" (I think that was the name) that had a smooth flat band at the hip and legs. I bet I bought 20 of them. . Sadly they are no longer made. But I have a few suggestions that might work.

Natori Bliss French cut

Be Tempted (makes several styles that might work)

DKNY makes a great one...check out the Signature Lace Bikini

Also, if you've not been to an Aerie store (or an American Eagle), definitely check them out. I got a great pair there as well.

Good luck!
