If given the choice between an all natural female with imperfections - whatever they may be, Or a surgically enhanced female with no imperfections, which female would you choose and why?

No matter how many surgeries she may have she will still not be "perfect".
One should get the "perfect" human fantasy out of their lives regarding anything and everything.
Life would be so much less stressful and more people would be a lot happier.

Depends on similar interests and personality. How a woman looks doesn't mean as much.

Depends on the imperfection - are we talking a small mole somewhere or a softball-sized goiter on the side of her neck?

I think little distinctive characteristics can be endearing...and am also completely turned off by women who have obviously had massive breast implants

I'm not into surgery, so I'd prefer a natural woman.

If some someone gets plastic surgery because they need facial reconstruction etc... fair enough, if its just they don't like the shape of their nose pppptttt...

You can call me judgmental if you like but I prefer women with a natural look myself, If someone gets a lot of plastic surgery I think it says a lot about their personality.

At the end of the day, it is coming down to her attitude and aptitude!

Wrong. Given beauty is a subjective quality, a woman can in fact be perfect in the eye of the beholder. To me, my wife is perfect and I don't say that to score points.
