Sometimes, I think the tattoo artists should be a little more level headed when it comes to certain types of tattoos people request. I know its business, and many times their business struggles, but if I were an artist, I would have declined this tat and referred the guy to another artist.

Omigosh. I just looked at the photo. It's hilarious! And a bit scary as well. Ugh. Can you imagine running into this guy in public? I'd be startled and would step back a way, but then would probably fall down laughing!

Assuming he's not a wealthy eccentric (hard to imagine at age 20), it's sad to think of all the money he must have spent on the tattoo instead of saving the dough for his child.

There's a chance he might regret his decision one day, like this guy who had "Murder" tattooed across his neck, and then ended up on trial for an actual murder. He was concerned that the tattoo would unfairly prejudice the jury.

Good grief, that baby tattoo looks like a demonic child in an exorcism movie

I agree.

They should have a mandatory three day waiting period if you want any tattoo. And a three week, maybe even three month, mandatory waiting period for a large tattoo on your face.

Kind of looks like a bruise from an angle and then you look closer and realize there's a baby on there. The tattooed baby looks like he has had too much sugar. When the baby grows older, "He is going to say, Dad, that's not me. I never looked like that. It's some other baby, not me"

Before he introduces his girlfriend, he'll say, "I've got to warn you, my Dad has a tattoo of a baby on his face. Uh, he was captured during the war, and they tattooed a baby on his face. We don't know the reason why they picked a baby, or the identity of the baby. Just act like it isn't there."

This tattoo is an interesting homage to his baby son, but it's obviously quite extreme.

I have a feeling the guy may have a problem getting and/or keeping a good job down the road...
