They do make a woman's legs and butt look amazing, but I personally never wear heels. I'm perfectly content with my lack of height.

Jessica Parker is speaking out about this very topic.
Sarah Jessica Parker: My Feet Are Deformed From Years of Wearing High Heels - Us Weekly

There are sites that show what models and celebrities feet look like after wearing high heels for years.
(Iman, a beautiful model would be another example of how high heels damaged her feet).

I have height without heels. The majority of heels are indeed uncomfortable and physiologically damaging over the long term.

I'll wear high heels for a photo or to a really swanky dinner, but no more than 90 minutes at a time.

Besides, if there is an emergency, I can respond to it better if I'm wearing flats.

I wonder why so many men prefer this looks with heels = damaged body. What is to admire in damaged body?

"hip and spine out of alignment" is sexy?

I'm so thankful now that I've never been one to wear high heels all the time. I've just never liked walking in them. I still wear for a night out and special occasions. No heels for work, loafers only.

Heels give some women the same confidence boost. The uncomfortable dichotomy:

I felt more confident in my Marine Corps issued combat boots than I ever felt in the heels I wore to my office job...

I don't do heels now that I'm in my 40's . My foot spread a little bit once I hit 35 or so, my old shoes didn't fit so I donated them and never replaced them. I had a baby and was staying home chasing her ...

Health and comfort aside, I'm pretty frugal and a well-made loafer or mule is stays looking nice way longer than most heels...

I used to have a closet full of what I called 2 hour shoes. Just long enough for church when we went , going out to a special occasion or entertaining work-related guests. Then I had bunion surgery and peripheral neuropathy diagnosis all within 3 months. I threw them all away and never looked back.

I used to know a salon owner who insisted on wearing heels all day long. She said she got better tips from both men and women when she wore heels. Crazy. She's now in her 50s and says she wishes she had listened to me when I told her she would eventually pay the price. Her present chiropractor bills are about 100x what she earned in tips.

Look at pretty much any old lady's feet to see what high heels do over time. My grandma wore sharp-toed pumps and has terrible bunions as a result. I like being extra tall and used to wear 3" or 4" heels to work with my suits, but now it's mainly just wedge sandals in the summertime.

Any sexiness created by high heels is negated if you can't walk in them gracefully.
