Obviously I'm not talking about a sports bra that you exercise & sweat in. Just your everyday bra that you work in (if you have a desk job) or wear around the house.

And do you really hand-wash them? My washer has a hand-wash cycle that's a step down from delicate and I wash my bras on that in cold water and hang to dry.

Depends on time of year, if I'm in air conditioning, etc. If it's warm enough to sweat, every few wearings. I'm not a heavy perspirer, though, even on the warmest of days.

I don't hand wash, but I do hang to dry. Elastic holds up longer if the dryer is avoided.

Usually after 4-6 wears. If it's more humid and I sweat more, then more obviously. I used to wash them after EVERY wearing when I was a teen-early twenties but then I got real. Bras don't hold up to that kind of beating, washing is rough on them! Plus I spend more on them now so I want them to last.

I don't hand wash either, but I do always use a lingerie bag for the machine. And I always air dry.

I also find that overwashing causes lingerie to break down more quickly, same as most delicate clothing.

I always wondered this myself. During summer months in Texas daily. But during winter and other dryer states I've lived in about 3-4 wearings then I wash on hand wash cycle and hang dry. My bra's are $50 so I don't have one for every day of the week. Now that it's getting warmer and I'm back in Texas I need to go bra shopping.

Twice but it gets a day off in between. Yes, I know that sounds silly but it's just how I do it. If I happen to be doing laundry, it will get washed after one wear.

I do laundry every weekend so I may have worn 1 the entire week, or 2 or 3 depending on whether I needed to have beige/black/white under my clothing that week. So no more than 6 times.

Usually just once.

When I shower, the bra comes off and goes with the dirty clothes, where it stays until the next wash. Now there are some occasions where I may wear them twice. But no more than that.

Though now, I barely wear one, due to pain in my neck and shoulder. The bra aggravates further.
