I guess if enough people in the entertainment media keep calling Kim Kardashian's butt "sexy," some people will think it is. Huge butts on women are about as appealing as enormous pot bellies on men.
I think it's cool that the lady is a steel worker first and a model second. I appreciate when women have confidence in themselves, whether it is surgically enhanced or not. If she enjoys what she's doing, more power to her. I have a big butt as a result of genes (thanks Mom). My mom had an odd shelf butt that was both huge and rectangular, and her morbid obesity sure didn't help matters any. I'm blessed (cursed?) to never have to pay for a Brazilian butt lift to have that look naturally. But I do have to work out to keep it from doing the shelf thing.
Haters got to hate. If you read the article, this lady had a rough life living in poverty with a drug addict mom who was murdered in front of her. She works at a steel mill 4 days a week with a 16 hr work day. If the butt lift and modeling shoots are bringing some joy in her life so be it. She is not asking everyone to kiss it, etc.

I agree with you on the "huge butts on women" not being sexy part, but you have to remember that Kim is not just considered sexy because of her butt. She has the entire physical package - body, face, hair.
I think most of our lady members here would agree, that its unfair to judge a woman's body after she's had children, but pre-baby Kim had a fantastic body on a 5' 2" frame.

Dangerous to make surgical choices based on fashion fads/trends.
