I'd suggest the contrast look with that sweater. Having 2 similarly patterned outfits will look a bit odd.

A black or white shell top would work the best, in my opinion.

Actually, I work from home, so I suppose you could say this is for casual. One of the drawbacks from working from home is, your wardrobe tends to get ratty. I'm trying to look a bit more polished for times I go to meetings, socialize, etc.

Ok. I made the shell top suggestion thinking it was for work. If its casual, then a tank or T shirt would be fine. Although, I suggest you maintain a good color contrast.
