Those long legs. A lot of Japanese and Koreans are built lower to the ground; shorter legs in comparison to the torso. But quite a few "Altaic" peoples, to which grouping Koreans are believed to belong to, do have "Western" admixture, dating back to ancient times: the Mongols, Uighurs, Tibetans, Kazakhs, etc.

A short loin shirt, only stitched to one side.

They were popular in the 80's for men and women, especially from a catalog called "Mellow Mail".

Think I had one in my closet for several years, from said source, but I'm not sure it survived the move.

Not sure if there's a true name for it, but I think it's cute. It's just a longer tunic and short set. Sexy, easy to move around in, and practical for dancing.

It appears to be a shortened, modern version of the salwar kameez, a traditional South Asian outfit. It comes in many forms but always includes a long tunic and varying lengths and cuts of pants or skirts. Just a modern take on the outfit.

A closeup full screen on the monitor of this particular longer one shows it as basically a dress that has been cut up and sewn across(crossing one piece over the other) the body? Maybe anyone can do it at home....

I don't consider those to be booty shorts. They're too big and high waisted.

More like granny shorts.
