I was going to offer my opinion that Flamingo13 is right ... real fur is out of style. I've seen most furriers go out of business, and the few that remain like the famous Flemington Furs in Flemington, New Jersey are staying alive by selling leather, suede, shearling, and cloth outerwear.
I was going to say "no one wears real fur anymore."
Oh, but I was WRONG!!!
The other day I was driving through "The 'Hood" and I saw a man in a white suit with a wide brimmed hat wearing a real fur coat - it was either coyote or fox. I mentioned it to the passenger in my car, saying that's something you don't see much anymore. My knowledgeable friend, the passenger, said "That's because he is a Pimp."
