I may start tanning, because I really don't have time to sit around in the sun all day, between work, school, and well, life!
I plan on going to Palm Beach Tan. I do NOT want to look orange, but I just want sort of a bronzy look. I am a very pale hispanic, with dark brown hair, and light brown eyes.
I know all of the dangers of tanning, trust me I have done my research. i don't plan on going everyday, I don't have time. I just don't want to look pasty when April rolls around (I'm from Texas, April is the beginning of summer for us).
I would like advice on which lotion to use, I don't want to spend over $45.
If my freckles were all together, I would be tan.
LOL
No, I don't tan. When I go in the sun, I get some color and my freckles come out a little more but that's about it.
For your own health I would advise against tanning beds..worse than the sun and no matter what they say they do not protect against the most harmful of rays, UVA or UVB! Please consider one the better self-tanning lotions or Mystic Tan instead of damaging tanning beds.
Yes,tanning is bad for you.
I used to go alot, and a friend of mine worked where I went. I never bought their expensive lotions...brought my own and tanned really good.

Of course it's bad if you over do it. But a lil bit here and there is OK. Actually it is good for people with some skin issues like exczema or acne. If you use the lower level.

I've heard that (for exczema ) but no dermatologist in their right mind would recommend a tanning bed.
