Personally, I don't think so. I think that once a woman reaches 45 she should stop wearing tight clothing, short dresses, and short skirts. Short shorts (that aren't super tight) are absolutely fine.
Going by that photo, if I hadn't known her age already I would have guessed around 53. But if she toned it down some I think she could go for lower than 47. A lot of times heavy makeup and big hair is aging, in my opinion.
Riiiiiiiiiiiight. Because I'm sure you know plenty of 53 year olds that have the body of a Barbie doll.
Do you think for a woman that is 40+ it is okay to wear tight clothes or dresses/skirts that say are above the knee? What about see-through tops? I was at the mall the other day and saw a woman that looked 40-something and she had a skirt well above the knees and a top that had significant cleavage and thought those should be reserved for the younger girls.
Absolutely why not?
If a lady has the confidence and/or figure to do it then
I have a 50 year old coworker wearing SHORT skirts and tight tops and she looks amazing (department manager), she has a great body for her age and can wear whatever she wants and looks great.
I see 20 year old girls/women wearing SHORT skirts and tight tops at Walmart and they look trashy. Why? Because their face/hair looks cheap or they are chubby and their belly hangs out or their arm/butt cellulite shows.
See-through? Gross at any age.
This here ^ I am 53 but have HAD to stay in shape due to my work I am 5'6" an weigh 120 at 53 and have been this way for years . I would NEVER wear anything see through - but I never did and I have lots of ink - However I DO like to go to West Hollywood or Las Vegas to party with my husband and I always wear something over the knee and a steampunk type jacket or top ( usually velvet and corseted .. )
I'm covered and younger guys come up to me all the time . They make it clear they are not grossed out .
