Sure, I would, if they're comfortable, why not? And a bonus -- if I get tired of them, I can bequeath them to my wife!

And since I go Scottish dancing, I own a kilt (not a pink one though) so I'm long since past the male/female inhibition thing.

Clothes, meh. Just rags we hang on our bodies. We're so wrapped up (so to speak) in these artificially imposed gender differences.

If you are a spring or summer person then it would make sense.
What is your color season? Spring, summer, autumn, winter? FUN!

My sister bought me some pajamas with Mickey Mouse on them, it's not something I would buy for myself, but I wear them anyway. They're not pink though.

If it's for a good cause, such as breast cancer awareness, I'll wear pink at work in some form; but that's about my limit, in no small part because it clashes with just about everything else.

And I feel the same about purple or chartreuse, though all three might be appropriate as a small "accent" to a more subtle, but predominant color within an ensemble,

Not only no, but hell no. Pink is for girls. The obvious inference is going to be your sexual orientation is not the norm.

If wearing pink pajamas was part of the game, yes.

Otherwise, since I haven't worn pajamas since I was a child, I wouldn't wear pink pajamas.

I wouldn't CHOOSE to, but I have no objection to it other than I'd prefer other colors.

So, I wouldn't buy them, but if they were given to me and they were nicer than my current ones...then sure.
