I probably didn't need to wear the Spanx. I doubt they made a bit of difference, really. Apparently I'm a masochist.

I refuse to smush it in, thinking I'm somehow fooling people. I refuse to wear tummy control pants, underwear, pantyhose, etc. I just get a bigger size and be done with it! Those things make me miserable, anyways. Ever try using the bathroom pulling those things down? Then, you have to get them back up First time I wore such I got nauseous, and I didn't look any thinner. Be what you are, and don't be miserable trying to be what you aren't!

LOL, yeah that's the reason I don't wear hose. Control tops suck.


I've never owned Spanx.

That being said, if you have lumps and bumps, why would you wear body conscious clothes?


I do wear seamless high-waisted undies under my workpants to avoid VPL and I wear a camisole 100% of the time for a smoother look under tops.
