The water thing points to filter usage and bottled water, which generally get rid of phytoestrogens. People who live healthy often choose those things. Also, I have a hunch that in some more pristine parts of the country, phytoestrogen levels in the water supply are low.
All I'm getting at is that natural breast size, and therefore demand for implants, is a complicated issue.
I love boobs. Natural or implants, it doesn't matter. I like the look of enhanced boobs I won't lie. I do not let society condition me to like what it wants me to like. All society can do is show me something and I either like it or I don't no matter how popular or unpopular it is.
If this procedure is becoming less common, I think that's good. It is surgery, and there's always some risk involved during and after the procedure. So less risk is good.
