Interesting that there seems to be a unanimous preference for the Fall fashion season. I guess nobody is into colors such as pinks, greens, and lilacs, not even the female users here. Since pink is my signature color, obviously my preference would be Spring, and IZOD's Spring collections typically introduce a lot of pink. Typically for the Fall collection the only thing pink that IZOD releases is a single pink fleece per year; and I can understand why since not a lot of men wear pink sweatshirts or jackets.

I don't like pastels. I love dark fuschia or a bright well saturated pink. The colors of spring are generally too flimsy and muted. I like bright colors though.

I like Pastels. I think they might be difficult for most people to pull off convincingly since they're associated with whimsy and childhood. Most posters so far are in colder climates in which they also have a limited time to wear them.

I don't think whimsy and childhood with pastels. I think they are delicate, conservative and preppy. And Easter eggs. They are also not flattering to people like me, with dark skin tones! I stay far far away. :P
Summer brights work way way better for me. Or fall's jewel tones.

Pastels are conservative preppy in the South. The North is more navy, black, grey, brown, burgundy, and maybe dark green. Maybe Nantucket Red in the summer (which to most people, elsewhere looks pinkish). I tend to associate Easter Eggs with kids, but YMMV.
They are certainly delicate and tend to wash out on certain skin tones... . Fall colors do tend to work better in this regard.
Fall, because weather-wise, it's always spring here, or summer; "fall" gets a teensy bit of snap, at least eventually, so that's a change. I actually do like spring colors, but I really really dig the earthy colors of fall along with some snappier highlight colors. Also, around here, in mid-fall it finally drops below 90 so there are more options as opposed to the rest of the year. A light sweater, sometimes even a scarf...boots...etc. It's just fun...and it's a fun time of year. The clothes tend to reflect that, IMO.
Fall, only because I grew up in a cold climate and bought Seventeen and Vogue magazines each summer to see what would be "in style" for the upcoming school year. The only real clothes shopping I ever did as a kid was in August, to get school clothes. New clothes became synonymous with Fall clothes to me.
But now, as I too live in AZ, spring lines are more practical for me. It's not as exciting because there are just less clothes to wear in warm weather. Fall has scarves, gloves, sweaters, tights, boots....spring has a lot less...so it's not as exciting.
I still have an exciting feeling when I get September Vogue, like I am about to start a new school year and am looking forward to what's going to happen. I don't even feel that feeling on New Year's Day.
Typically, in the fashion world, there are two major seasons - Spring and Fall. Of the two, which do you typically look more forward to?
I typically look more forward to the Spring lineups than I do to the Fall lineups, and anyone can take a wild guess why. I actually recently bought two new IZOD Advantage Polo shirts with feeder stripes (in Fairy Tale Pink and Mazarine Blue), and after buying them, I just found out they are in fact part of IZOD's Spring 2017 lineup by looking at the inner tag on the side. This could be a sign of things to come as more of the Spring 2017 lineup rolls in.
Still, there are a few Fall lineup items that I buy on occasion from IZOD, mostly fleece sweatshirts (some in my signature color). In addition to the main reason why I look forward to the Spring lineups more than the Fall lineups, since I live in Arizona I really don't have much use for a lot of Fall lineup clothing since typically Fall lineups are for colder weather (I live in Arizona after all, and I don't really need a lot of cold weather clothing except for some sweatshirts).
Which fashion season do you typically look forward more to?
As a real "Four Season" person, I LOVE BOTH! Equally!
I am a huge fan of plaids and woolens - so I love the rich, warm hues of Autumn.
Conversely, after a long winter, the cheerful Spring lineup is quite a relief.
I also live in a four Season area, but I can understand your attraction to Spring clothes.

For the climate or for the fact that the spring collections typically bring in my signature color?
