Favorite liquid liner? (reviews, drugstore, thin, long)

Ladies (or gents, I don't judge!): what is your favorite brand of liquid liner? I've been using the Clinique Pretty Easy pen, and I LOVE how smoothly it applies. But lately I've had an issue with it smudging/melting and winding up under my eyes.

I've heard mixed reviews of the Kat Von D liner, but that may be the next one I try. I've heard it doesn't go on as smoothly, but it doesn't budge

Any other recs for me?

I never use a solid line of liquid liner, I use a powder shadow applied with a damp liner brush, then use the liquid liner to make dots between my eyelashes. This one takes a while to dry but will not smudge while you're wearing it as long as you don't cry or sleep with it on.

I've been using a drugstore brand. If you just do a thin line try Physicians Formula Eye Booster 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner + Serum. I don't know about the serum claim part but this liner goes on thin, easily with no smudging or flaking.
