Outside of an occasional Jimmy Buffet concert, I don't care for them.

Sorry, but that's ugly as hell (IMHO).

How to say this diplomatically....

If you like it, that's all that matters.

What's the problem? When I teach scuba, I try to wear my tees from UTMSI (that is, if I am not a wet suit).

I don't think Oxford shirts look good with patterns. They should be a solid color, imo. And if I saw a guy wearing either of those shirts from the link, sorry but I'd think he was fashion challenged and a bit odd.

I recently bought an IZOD Saltwater Collection Newport Oxford shirt in Fairy Tale (my favorite shade of pink BTW) with light green pelican print as part of IZOD's new Spring 2017 collection, and I received several compliments about it.

So, what does anyone here think about such shirts, not necessarily in pink? And yes, I am pretty sure that everyone knows IZOD is my favorite brand by now, although not 100% of my shirts are IZOD. IZOD also has a variant of this shirt in Blue Radiance (a turquoise color) with darker blue whale print.
What is with your Izod obsession?

They aren't even a great brand.

Do you think I am some rich snob who can afford brands like Ralph Lauren or Lacoste? While I have gotten some Ralph Lauren products when they are deeply discounted, I find IZOD to have the best balance between price and quality.

At the same time, I generally don't buy clothing from Walmart or Target except for basic needs such as T-shirts, socks, or underwear.

This post makes you sound like you're a middle class snob that tries to make it seem like you are rich by constantly dropping name brands.

By the way, it doesn't matter who someone is wearing, ugly is ugly.

One of my favorite T-shirts is a souvenir one from the California coast, black with many bright assorted colors of seahorses. Other people seem to like it, too. I'm not much of a sea animal person but I do like seahorses a lot.
