And how fashion or clothing for "overweight" people is somehow encouraging people to gain weight.
And where did I say that?? Hmmm??

So sad when people think cellulite is "normal" Way to lower the bar in terms of beauty standards. Yet so many rip on guys with beer guts and love handles as being so "unattractive". If I want cottage cheese, I'll visit the dairy section of my local Cole's.

Something like 80 percent of women - even Victoria's Secret models - have cellulite. So yes that would be normal. It gets airbrushed out and leaves us with confusion about normal.

You can be thin-large and have cellulite, or not. Cellulite does not discriminate.

This^^. "Cellulite" is totally normal for women. I have known very thin women with cellulite and a few heavy women with none. It is just the construction of the underlayer of fat. Some women just have a type that shows more. If a woman has it, dieting does NOTHING to make it go away - it is there for life.

At any rate, this article was not supposed to be about the model's size, but the fact her cellulite was not airbrushed out. Good for her!

Not everyone wants to be a hard body or to train like an athlete, though. I hate to exercise, so I do the bare minimum I need to do for heart health and blood pressure and stress and all that. I also don't look like a fitness model, but I'm more concerned with what my doctor says than how I look in a bathing suit. Everyone's got different priorities. The plus-sized model isn't necessarily lying about her workouts or physical activity, as if her body type is proof she does nothing but sit around eating cheese.
