I think it's a good trend we're seeing these days.

Tired of seeing stick thin models advertising swimwear and other pieces of clothing.

What’s a bikini body anyway? Target is doing its part to eliminate the pervasive societal pressure to look like a supermodel in a swimsuit by proving that women of all sizes and shapes can look glorious in bikinis, monokinis, and everything in between — and have every right to feel fully empowered donning them.

In its #TargetSwim campaign to promote its new swimwear line, which includes “suits for every beach body under the sun,” according to its corporate site, Target has teamed up with a diverse group of body-positive models. They include television personality and former Miss Teen USA Kamie Crawford, professional skateboarder Lizzie Armanto, and dancer and YouTube star Megan Batoon.

Well, I don't find excess cellulite to be particularly attractive but to each his own.

Are they showing male models with expansive love handles? Beer guts? No? That's what I thought.

Skinny women can have cellulite. The difference here is this model is choosing not to have her photos retouched and altered to make flaws like this go away. Only that wont matter because the fat police will be screaming how the world is being sent to hell in an obese handbasket because Tarhget dare let this woman put on a swimsuit and be photographed.

Well hopefully their legal department will set them straight and the ads featuring her will have a disclaimer and a modesty cover. That should keep them from any big lawsuit payouts for causing over eating, diabetes and strokes as well as not upsetting people who dont want to see... that.
