We will check DKNY! Lands End isn't cut straight enough for her and pucker in the hip/crotch. She does need full length and not cropped . That's what is the true challenge. She tried on a pair of Michael Kors that fit her well but were so see through ugh!

I love Chico's white jeans. I have several pair in multiple sizes. The ones I have are fairly heavy. Most styles come in a long length.

I recently bought a pair of white jeans at Madewell. Won't fit within your $80 price range, but they are the best white jeans I've ever had. EVER. And I've had a lot.

For a teen's figure, I'd try American Eagle. This time of year they usually have white jeans...if you can find a pair that aren't ripped all to pieces.

Another suggestion....Levi's. I haven't worn Levi's since high school (1980s), and I recently bought a pair of Levi's at Belk. Was surprised at how nice they felt and the fit. I would've gotten a pair of white skinnies, but they didn't have my size....ended up going with the ones from Madewell.

ALSO, try Gap and J Crew.
