On the hunt for some good white jeans. Lower waist. No tears or distressing. Must come in longs/talls or run long. Skinny style or boot cut. Most important be thick enough so you can't see pockets through them or panties (even nude ). These aren't for me but my daughter. She needs them for her sorority. So far we've bought Joes Jeans (so high waisted) and then. Lucky Brand Jeans (thin) Tried Old Navy too short and cut is poor. Would like to keep the price at around $80 or less.

My favorite place for pants and jeans these days is Chico's. A bought a pair of white jeans there last year and I love them. However I got them from Chico's Outlet which is different. They don't always have talls in the store but they do online.

Good luck. Too-thin fabric is my main complaint, with both tops and bottoms. the last few years. I cannot stand to have on clothes yet be able to see through to my underwear.

I do have a couple of pair of white denim capri-lenth pants, from H&M. I've had them a few years, but they are definitely NOT see through. Also Gap has some decent white jeans as well - I have a pair of those too.

Try Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. They are very reasonably priced, very comfortable, and look good on pretty much anyone.

Both Chicos and Gloria Vanderbilt are to large cut for my daughter. She is a 0 but is tallish with long thing legs. Those brands tend to swamp her.

I am not a zero but I am less than a size six, which is where a lot of tall sizes seem to start.

Where I have bought size 2/4 in long:
-DKNY (I only buy jeans at the outlet but who knows what is online)
-JCP

Where there are also smaller/taller sizes, usually online only:
-GAP
-Old Navy

Can you find them in Misses size? Those are hard to find but I have long slender legs and find that they are a good fit for me.

Do they have to be full length? Cropped skinny jeans are quite popular in her age group. She could even go for regular length (which will be short on her) and roll them a bit to make them look like crops.

Also, have you checked Loft?

+1 for DKNY jeans. I am a size 2Long in DKNY jeans. I could not find any other brand that carried long jeans in small sizes like size 0 and size 2.
