Slips! I can't remember the last time I wore one. I usually wear nude colored panties that look like bike shorts for the same reason some mentioned. Keeps my thighs from rubbing together in this hot climate. Unfortunately I don't have a thigh gap...

I haven't owned a slip since I was a child.

If a dress is such that it doesn't look good without a slip, I don't buy it.

I usually wear something like bike shorts or silky running shorts. I like the though of being able to climb over a fence if need be.

I will have to try these slip-shorts. I've never owned a pair.

When I was young, my mom insisted on a slip. I don't think those are done any more, nor are they practical for a sundress. I bought "slip shorts" and used those, and they worked out pretty well, but I wondered what my options are.
Also, pantyhose aren't really a thing any longer, are they?
......nothing...

I don't think I'd be brave enough to go commando in a dress. You never know when a gust of wind is going to come along.

I wear slips under dresses, even dresses that don't really seem to need them. I never wear stockings but if it's really cold I might wear tights.

In the cool and cold months, I wear tights - which about covers it.

I like summer sundresses, and I wear them with flats or sandals and lightly tanned, bare legs. I'd never wear a slip in the summer.

I never wear pantyhose in any season.
