I had my first at 38 and will be having my second in two months at 40, and no issues with abdominal loose skin with my earlier pregnancy, nor abdominal stretch marks in either. Luck of the draw.
Congrats

Oh, I have stretch marks. Just not from pregnancy and not on my abs, as posted much earlier in the thread. That's my whole point...individuals' skin/bodies react differently.

To the OP, I got a few from my pregnancy. You can't really see them now.

I guess my belly grew in a few different ways each time. Now that I lost some weight, they look a little like that picture, but not nearly that excessive.

What type of experience did your mom or sister have? That might give some indication (but not for sure) of what your experience might be like.

I won't be having any "experience", LOL. I'm 62. I do have a couple "up there" when the girls increased in size....but nothing like those "folds" in the picture...

I had three bouncingly big babies in the 1970s and I did not get stretch marks in front.

Not everyone does get them. Some of us get them and some of us don't. I have no idea why. But even if I had gotten the worse stretch marks possible, I wouldn't take anything for my kids.
