You are trying to have perfectly smooth legs every single day when you don't need to. You are over doing it. Over-shaving causes the ingrown hair and your skin gets inflamed from so much scraping or ripping. Leave your legs alone for a few days in between processes.

I use a Philips battery electric shaver for women. My legs are so smooth. No red skin or ingrowns.
Could you post a link? There are so many and I've been looking but there are so damn many.

OP: anytime you pull the follicle out, you run the risk of ingrown hair. You've been told that leggings will also cause them yet you say you wear them all the time. Just because they are comfy doesn't mean that they aren't doing the damage.

I wouldn't know if they do or don't cause problems, I've never worn them. I would give the advice a try though. Can't hurt anymore than what you're going through already.

Quit pulling the hair out with those epilators and stop wearing the leggings for a month.

I thought if they were breathable it will be fine, but as you said no harm trying..I am just so attached to them maybe I will replace them with joggers
