Our area is gearing up for prom...Every dress bought is showing off the midriff and far more stuff that verifies they are females.
Where I live, it's only OK at the beach. Anyplace else would be really tacky. Although I'm old, so I'm not sure about club wear and things like that. Maybe someplace like that. But please, not at the shopping mall and not at school, if you are a student.

If you are not overweight with rolls of fat, I think it's fine. If you work out hard and are proud of your results, then why not. I don't agree with some of the other people here.
As a guy, I'm a minimalist: the less clothes on the opposite sex, the better. Bare midriffs are fun to look at, and more comfortable for her--who likes having to tuck in a shirt?
If it exposes unsightly rolls of fat, just obey the rule "eyes up here!"
Sorry, but I say only if you have a decent figure. Never in public if you have a big fat gut.
No one enjoys seeing a bunch of fat hanging out even at the beach. Guys don't have much choice, but women, stick to a one piece... MUCH more flattering. Muffin tops hanging out over shorts or jeans are just gross IMO.

What when pregnant ..oh never .. thats the last thing to flaunt out in the open.. noo keep it well covered up... I find it horrible .nothing cute about them.
