The off the shoulders ruffle top is in which I like but you have to wear a strapless bra with it.

I love it for every day wear. A little sexy, but not blatant. I think it's great for older women & plus sizes, who want to look a bit sexy but may not be comfortable showing off other bits.

I have a 'cold-shoulder' top from 2011 or 12, used to wear it a lot because it has a cute pattern and color. It's been way too cold recently to wear anything like that - ugh I'm still in sweaters! Maybe once it starts to warm up a bit. I think the style is cute in moderation.

I don't care for it although it looks nice on some people. I am a petite person with broad shoulders and those tops make me look like a linebacker.
