The shopping shows have a lot of the cold shoulder tops. They had an airing of Vince Camuto cold shoulder blouses that were nice. I'm just not a big fan of the look.

They also had off the shoulder tops which I like much better. The colors were so pretty - flamingo pink, hot coral and black. The quality was really nice, too.

I remember in the 70's wearing off the shoulder dresses to go disco dancing !

I think that the off-the-shoulder tops are worse than the cold shoulder. A. It's either no bra or strappless bra, which is not really a good choice, and B. the likelihood of a wardrobe malfunction (or at least annoyance) is very high

I am not sure what the "cold shoulder" look is. I'm guess it is a top with the shoulder being exposed. I have one and I wear it as an "edgy" look. It is not my permanent personal style, so I am enjoying the trend by owing one.

I noticed the "off the shoulder" is in and I purchased a dress and tunic. I can't wear it totally off the shoulder, to me, it feels a bit uncomfortable and I need to wear a bra, so on me, it becomes a large scoop neckline and I am okay with that.

My favorite era was the 70's style of clothing. Love hippie/boho clothes.

I like the off shoulder look. I usually go braless or wear a bikini top under ( I live and spend a lot of time at the beach.) I have a couple of cold shoulder tops, but I prefer the off shoulder.

I have tan and toned arms and shoulders and I think they look great.

I like this, because the openings are on the sides of the arms, which is actually a classic look.

I don't like this.

It's cute, but nope. Not for me. The lines are exactly in the wrong place.

Crazy! That IG account is from a local boutique not far from where I live!
