Regardless of the brand or the shade, should I wear Red, White, or Blue?
You should wear whatever floats your boat on any given day of the year. So...pretty much like the rest of us here do.

I would feel too hot wearing three polo shirts at the same time.

I'm sure there must be a Ralph Lauren polo shirt that's got the Stars and Stripes on it? I've got an England and a Great Britain 🇬🇧 one

Ralph Lauren is usually too expensive for me, and their standard size XXL runs small; I need to buy a 2XB whenever I buy a Ralph Lauren shirt.

Why "or"? I normally wear red, white AND blue. Something like blue jeans with a red-and-white top.

I wore a red short sleeve shirt in lieu of the normal white tennis shirt, and tennis shorts with blue lettering over the white background. I am about to go jogging and then swimming in a blue bathing suit with a white stripe and a red t-shirt. I am being appropriately patriotic.
