This is what I said.

People who excessively focus on appearance to the exclusion of other things... are probably not great intellects. They have non-intellectual interests.
But you attribute "excessive attention..." to models. Not "models who pay pay excessive attention on appearance..." This is a thread about... you guessed it, models. If you didn't mean models, why post in a thread asking about the veracity of stereotypes associated with models?

It makes sense to qualify your statements to avoid generalizations and assumptions.

And look at our First Lady, whether you support her or not: Model who speaks several languages and was pretty smart to marry a billionaire. Not too shabby. Like someone else said, work your assets.

NO! I have a brilliant niece who is a blonde bombshell, did some modelling occasionally between going to classes. (I'm not bragging because I don't really care for her LOL)

She was TOPS in her law classes. When she walked out on stage in her high heels, makeup and fancy hairdo to get her diploma and awards, the dean did a double take.

Super models who are over 5'9", do not even attract me. Trumps wife looks like a skeleton. Her face is average. With that kind of money, most average women can look OK. But Melania is not, and never will be a "Super Model".

Jen Shrimpton was beautiful, as is Cindy Crawford. There are a few others.

I'll put it this way, if someone has beauty, a love of learning, brains and ambition, I really doubt that medeling would be the career of choice.

She's not a model, she's a playmate. Vogue isn't calling her. Successful models have brains bc you have to build a brand if you want to be rich. They may not be Mensa members but they aren't airheads.

Brains and Beauty are both arbitrary products, largely from your parents and upbringing but in no way related.
