No, I wouldn't consider those facial cleansing brushes necessary for anyone.

Exactly. Not necessary for anyone. Male or female.

Facial cleanser with bare hands is fine, though an occasional exfoliation isn't a bad idea.

I think those brushes are a made up product. But I recommend using a washcloth on your face at night. Do a little scrub with it when you cleanse to increase circulation and scrub out dead skin. But use a clean cloth every time.

They aren't necessary for anyone but yes men can use them as well. It's mainly to help clean out the pores better than just using your hands.

I have been washing my face with Ivory soap for 50 years now and see no reason to change.

Just another attempt to sell people unnecessary stuff.
