Where people wear glasses but there aren't any lens in them.

just looks like a goofball poser. People look crazy doing this, like a defendant trying to look smart for a court appearance.

why not at least get a real lens? and why would anyone want to look like they have vision issues?

Is this person a poser, or are they attending a costume party?

That is what I would think if I saw someone wearing lensless glasses. It doesn't annoy me, but I don't think it looks fashionable.

Maybe they don't want to bother with cleaning the lenses. I get the look. Rx or no Rx glasses are definitely a fashion and statement piece.

Those would be eyeglass frames - not glasses w/o lenses.

It doesn't make any sense to me. You don't see people without broken limbs going around in a cast just to make a fashion statement, or someone fully capable of walking rolling around in a wheelchair just to look trendy. It's pretty idiotic, but hey, who am I to judge? Whatever makes people happy.
