Has any one had a Lifestyle lift? I was thinking of going for a consultation but I can't find any information from any one on the INTERNET. Everything seems hush hush unless you go to their doctors.

I had my own lifestyle lift:

1. I don't drink anymore (I still go out, but club soda is my thing now. No more "beer belly" on me anymore).

2. I workout everday now (with the exception of Sundays, I take a break).

3. I'm back to my natural haircolor (medium golden brown; chestnut).

4. I only tan during the spring/summer season (take a break during fall/winter season).

5. Not worrying so much about anything anymore.

6. Have a higher goal to move soon (to Florida, I'm hoping real soon, this year).

7. Jogging-Pilates junkie now! (My 2 favorite ways to workout and I do them everyday, with the exception of walking in between sometimes).

There was a thread on this on another forum--this is still a surgical procedure, and the "after" pictures they show have had ALOT of other procedures, too! They do cut and pull the skin. It's got a several week recovery time, so it's not magic!

I would never consider it, but have read about it on another forum and the results were VERY mixed, some people were very happy and some not at all. Some felt ripped off, but most of all, the results don't last very long, according to those that have had it.

Having tried some "mini-fixes", I think the next time I spend any money on "improvements", it'll be a real surgical fix--the other things cost a fortune (over time) and don't last long or make much difference. Might have better results if I was in my 30's, but, then, I didn't need any improvement! I looked great then!!!!

I've watched the Lifestyle paid programs on tv, and find it extremely disturbing that they don't explain how the procedures are done. My radar always blasts when I see this in ads.
