Gynecologist disagree with you. Not wearing underwear, especially under skirts and dresses is much, much more hygienic.
Healthy maybe, but absolutely not hygienic, especially for others who may put their bottoms on the spot recently vacated by the bare bottomed one.
Huh? Bare bottom one, no. Someone going commando has at least one layer between bottom and seat, two if there is a slip under dress or skirt, or pants and one of those long tunics involved. Two or more layers between the bottom and the seat of anyone wearing undies.
