You mean the dog ears skull cap, with the pompom ends? They are mentor to bunch in the next area, for warmth. Those are ski/snow sports hats, meant for the cool kids.

Pompom makes you easier to find when you'been buried in the snow. The hope is that the pompom will stick up out of the snow.

For just generally wearing around, they seem childlike, but what the heck, I doubt that I would bother to notice.

I recently bought one for the simple fact that the fur pompom happened to match the fur trim on my new coat.
I haven't worn a pompom since I was a kid and it feels a bit strange, but I'm of an age where I don't really care what other people think anymore, I think it's fun, and that's all that matters.

The double pompoms are interesting, lol.

I would wear one with a fur pom pom.

The double pompoms, while cute, look like Minnie Mouse and are more suited to children, IMO.

They're fine for what it's worth, but I would add they tend to look better with longer hair. The bigger size just draws more attention to the head and needs something to balance it all out.

Not something I'd normally wear, but I might wear one if my hair grew out more.
