I DESPISE cap sleeves. I always feel like I need to yank them down and they get all janked up in my armpit (the ones where the sleeve is a complete circle and there's an inch or two of sleeve under the arm). They cut my arm in the wrong spot. I prefer anything from short sleeve to 3/4.
I like a flutter sleeve or a cap sleeve if it's not too short or tight, making it feel like I'm trying to squeeze into a too small shirt. Next would be short sleeve.
Long sleeves are usually too hot for me, and 3/ 4 sleeves are always being pushed up because I just find the length annoying.
I like the look of the bell sleeves that are still pretty popular, but omg are they a pain when it comes to having to actually do anything like actual work, always catching on stuff, ugh!
I know sleeveless are very popular right now, hard for me to find pretty shirts for work that aren't either sleeveless or long sleeved, but unless you have arms that are in great shape, I don't think sleeveless look that good on most women.
I've been looking through the winter clearance sales online, and stupid sleeves have kept me from buying more than a few tops and sweaters. I bought one sweater that I really like (great color, great fit) but it has these weird tie cuffs on the ends of the long sleeves, so that you have to tie them in a knot to keep them from flapping around, but the knot gets in the way when you are trying to type or put on your coat or whatever. I will be so happy when these weird bells and cuffs and ribs on sleeves go away.
