Any ill-fitting/immodest attire that does not cover the essentials: thighs, breast, buttocks, tight-clothing, see-through, spaghetti straps, visible underwear, are ewww. Exposing the extremities to cold has long-term health concerns unbeknownst to some, as we grow older.

My mom and aunts all can put together outfits like fashion mavens. Sadly, that ability seems to have ended with their generation.

So, my unpopular opinions:

I think that UGGs are absolutely hideous, on anybody.

I hate the new ankle-length pants; they aren't flattering unless you are tall.

Mom jeans...just no.

Oversized jewelry is fine on smaller women if they can carry it off personality wise.

People care too much about what others think about their fashion choices.

Colors have no "seasons".

The unusual hair colors (blue/violet/pink) do look good on some people.

Open-toed shoes just suck

Thongs are perfectly fine and comfortable to wear on a daily basis.

People who wear flip flip sandals (slides) with or without socks in public, instead of thong sandals, need their head examined

Men who wear jewelry besides a watch and wedding ring need their head examined

Cargo shorts should be outlawed

Shirts with massive logos on them should be outlawed

If you are fat, as defined by a specific BMI and fat percentage, you are not allowed to wear certain clothes in public

Oh geez....I really fall in the unpopular category as I wear flip flops daily....lol! I don't care though because they are comfortable!

Things I don't like on men...

Shirts unbuttoned allowing ugly chest hairs to pop out
Beards - unless it is a shadow
Mustaches - however I do love goatees
Gold Jewlery
Speedos regardless of whether you have a great body or not
Tighty Whities

Things I won't do....

High Heels unless it is a REALLY formal event and even then I try to keep heel 2 inches or lower
Thongs unless I'm wearing a dress that really requires no lines
Hats
Fake nails
Penciled in eyebrows
Nose rings or nose piercings

I don't get the point of these. Seems to me a main job of an undershirt is to absorb underarm perspiration before it gets to your real shirt. And these would fail miserably at that.

It's actually worse for your feet to walk so they don't slap...but that's another issue.
