Fortunately I am a guy so I don't have to participate in skin care voodoo.
I wash my face when I shower, so it might be morning or night. I use the same lotion on my face as my body, do a VERY occasional (like twice a year) scrub, and that's it. I wear makeup most every day and sleep in it regularly. I am in the sun. My skin is clear, I do not look my age (I am usually guessed to be at least 10 years younger). All without voodoo!

To wash off all the nighttime creams, potions, lotions, etc. Then I apply daytime creams, potions, lotions, etc I've made Clinique very happy

Never, unless you count showering.

Usually show after workouts or in the morning on workdays. If neither of those happen for more than two days I take a shower because I start smelling.

I wash my face at night, but not a whole routine every night. Every other night or so I wash my face, exfoliate, moisturize etc.

I don't take a full shower every day unless I worked out, sweated a lot, or feel particularly grimy. It's helped a lot with keeping my skin from feeling dry.
