Are there any colors that give you a "lift" just by wearing them? These might not necessarily be the colors you look best in, but they just make you FEEL good.

With me it is aqua, turquoise, baby yellow, grass green, and red, in that order.

(Wasn't sure whether to put this in the Fashion and Beauty or Psychology thread, but as this is meant to be more of a light-hearted than a 'serious' thread, I decided to put it here.)

For me, it is pink, particularly light shades of pink. There is one special shade of pink that makes me feel very good and innocent, especially if it is an interlock polo in that color (you can find it in some of my other posts, it is one of Pantone's colors and is commonly used by a major preppy brand of clothing).

Oh for crying out loud ... if you’re going to dance around it like that, you might as well say it. You’re not fooling anyone.

Red. I need bright colors or I looked washed out...pale skin, light hair.
Autumn colors look good...green, orange, gold.

Coral, turquoise, aqua. In the fall and winter, dark purple.

The color I feel BEST in, is blue. Most any shade of blue will do.

Other colors that 'work' for me, are reds, pinks, fuschia colors, and white.

Yellow and green makes me look awful. My face seems to pick up the green colors, and makes me look...sickly. Like I'm going to be sick.
