I can't believe anyone cares about the colors they wear on Thanksgiving.

I am not sure what I will wear, actually. It's only semi-formal because it's at my brother's house, and they don't adhere to my parents' rules about dress. My parents will attend, but a business suit or jacket and tie will be sufficient. Since I do not have to travel a terribly long distance, I have not thought about it, but will likely have a blue jacket, either suit or blazer, and perhaps a white or blue/white striped shirt, since the novelty Jared Lang shirts I ordered the other day may not arrive in time to be ready for wear on Thanksgiving. I could go in a different direction and wear a brown or grey tweed jacket with wool trousers and a burgundy tie, with a white shirt. I guess I have not yet decided.

Usually a plaid pattern long sleeve shirt (maybe green/white or blue/red) with darker blue or khaki colored pants if it's cooler out.

I've never really given it much thought, but wear what's comfortable and looks ok depending on if it's cold or warm.

Dinner is elsewhere and the hosts do expect guests to dress for dinner. I will wear my standard a black tunic sweater and a pair of camel wide-leg trousers with a silk scarf in shades of red, orange, and yellow.
