Can anyone recommend good brands and style of jeans for tall women with thin long legs that are flattering?
Hi,
I'm 5' 9" and with long thin legs.
I'm trying to lose some weight around my tummy area but I was wondering if anyone can tell me of some good brands and the style of jeans that would be flattering for my figure type? I also don't want to deal with jeans that peekaboo in the back (meaning no underwear showing when you sit down)
also I'm looking for the price of the jeans to be $60-$70 or less. I'm not paying $100 or more for a pair of jeans.
I hope someone can help.
Thanks.

Im 5'10 with longer skinny legs- I just bought my first pair of jeans from old navy. Ive had the same problem as you so I searched on the internet and found they had a good selection. If you go online you can check out the fits they have. They also come up a bit higher (just under bellybutton). I have a thin build but have a baby belly. Charolotte Russe has really nice fits too, but most of them are cut too low for me. I'd try a pair on though just to be sure. A higher end would be Express jeans (again, too low cut for me) or Lucky Brand that are too costly for my wallet!

Jeans are my least favorite item to shop for. Try Ann Taylor Loft, because they have a variety of sizes (petites all the way to maternity!) and their prices are great.

I like the walmart brand jeans. I think there called no boundaries. Junior dept.
The misses jeans seem to have legs the same size all the way down. Like the thigh and the calf are the same size. Seems like the designers design for elephants instead of women.
The jeans I have fit in the thighs and go down into a boot cut, and long legs.
The waist fits about half inch below the belly button. Not low cut but not up to your boobs either.

You really need to try on jeans--tons and tons of them! It's a pain, but that's the ONLY way you will find something that suits YOUR body! Every woman's shape is different--what works for me, may be all wrong for you. Try on, try on, and then try on some more! (Make sure you wear slip off shoes and easy-off pants when you take this shopping trip!)

I'm also 5'9" and have had good luck at Old Navy this year. They have different styles and offer them all in "long" sizes.
